Job Description
Housekeeping Executive – Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities at the client site.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Manage housekeeping staff, attendance, deployment, and shift schedules.
- Monitor housekeeping materials, consumables, and inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper cleaning standards.
- Handle client requirements and resolve day-to-day housekeeping-related issues.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain necessary records.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Facility Manager for smooth site operations.
- Ensure compliance with company and client SOPs, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team handling and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle client coordination.
