📍 Madhapur, Hyderabad | Full-time | On-site
About the role
We're looking for a digital marketer who doesn't just run campaigns but uses AI to run them faster and better. You'll handle paid ads, content, and analytics, with AI tools built into your daily workflow rather than treated as a side experiment.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, and similar) to produce ad copy, creatives, landing page content, and email sequences at speed
- Write and test multiple ad variations, then scale what performs
- Build and manage automations between ad platforms, CRM, and WhatsApp for lead follow-up
- Track CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, and report what's working weekly
- Manage social media content calendars and short-form video content
- Run basic SEO and AI-assisted keyword research for blogs and landing pages
- Work with the design and sales teams to make sure leads actually convert
What we're looking for
- 0-2 years in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Practical, daily use of AI tools for content and creative work
- Comfortable with analytics: GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking
- Good written English and a sense for what makes people click
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus
- Based in Hyderabad and able to work from our Madhapur office
Nice to have
- Experience with prompt writing for marketing use cases
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with CRM platforms and lead nurturing flows
