Sales Manager (Female)

• Lead the sales team on the floor and make sure every customer is attended to well
• Personally handle premium and high-value customers: single malts, premium whisky, champagne, wine, gifting and bulk orders
• Guide customers on brands, price ranges and occasions, and upsell to better bottles without being pushy
• Build relationships with regular and premium customers, keep track of their preferences, and bring them back
• Train and coach the staff on product knowledge, customer handling and selling
• Set daily sales targets for the team and track them
• Manage stock levels, report low stock and fast movers, and coordinate reorders with the owner
• Check stock receiving, billing accuracy and daily cash closing
• Make sure all excise rules, permitted hours, dry days and age checks are followed by everyone
• Keep the store display, premium section and overall presentation sharp
• Coordinate with brand representatives on schemes, launches and tastings
• Handle customer complaints and issues calmly

Requirements

• Graduate, 1+ years in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience in liquor, luxury retail, showroom, hospitality or fine dining is strongly preferred
• Excellent English, fluent Hindi, Marathi is a plus
• Presentable, confident, soft spoken, and comfortable dealing with premium clients
• Strong product knowledge of spirits and wine, or the ability to build it fast
• Comfortable with billing software, stock reports and basic Excel
• Honest, punctual, and able to take ownership
