Job Description

  • Receive, evaluate, and analyze incoming customer requirements, technical specifications, and purchase inquiries for engineering machinery, spares, and export projects.
  • Work closely with clients to finalize order scope, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and technical alignment.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the execution lifecycle, providing proactive order status updates, handling post-delivery queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage quality claims, delay mitigations, and operational feedback in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
