  • Handling front desk and reception activities
  • Greeting and attending clients/visitors professionally
  • Managing client coordination and appointments
  • Answering calls and handling inquiries
  • Maintaining records and daily reports
  • Coordinating with internal departments
  • Managing office administration and reception area
  • Handling follow-ups and client support
  • Maintaining professional communication and presentation

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional personality and presentable appearance
