  • Handle customer queries through live chat and provide accurate solutions.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, account-related issues, and service requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally within the required response time.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and follow company quality standards.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
