Job Description

Handle customer queries through calls, chats & other communication channels

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and on time

Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

Handle product queries, orders, service requests, returns & replacements

Follow up with customers until their concerns are resolved

Maintain customer interaction and complaint records

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Escalate complex or unresolved concerns when required

Maintain customer service quality standards
