Job Description

🚨 HIRING – REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE


📍 Location: Baner, Pune

💰 CTC: ₹3 – ₹4.8 LPA + Incentives

🎯 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Vehicle mandatory


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate & convert property sales leads

✅ Handle clients, property visits & follow-ups

✅ Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

✅ Negotiate and close deals

✅ Conduct market research and maintain sales records

✅ Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service


Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field

💼 Experience in Sales / Business Development / Real Estate

📊 CRM knowledge & strong communication skills preferred
