Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales & Business Development Executive – B2B

Company: Energica Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Pune and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time | Field Sales

Eligibility: Male and female candidates; freshers and experienced applicants welcome.

We are hiring confident, proactive candidates to identify potential commercial customers through field visits and cold calling for battery energy storage systems (BESS), voltage stabilisers and power quality solutions. Technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit car showrooms, service centres, hotels, malls, retail shops, workshops and commercial establishments.
  • Make cold calls to identify potential customers, introduce our solutions and arrange appointments.
  • Identify establishments with electrical loads above 10 kW, prioritising opportunities above 20 kW.
  • Connect with business owners, facility managers and maintenance heads.
  • Collect electricity bills, load details, monthly consumption, ToD billing information and power-related concerns with customer permission.
  • Build professional relationships with DISCOM officers, electrical contractors and industry contacts through authorised channels.
  • Qualify leads and arrange meetings or site visits for our technical sales team.
  • Maintain daily visit reports, call logs and customer follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: 12th pass, Diploma or Graduate.
  • Good communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork, cold calling and local travel.
  • Basic smartphone, Google Maps and data-entry skills.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales, electrical products, solar or related services is an advantage.

Initial Performance Expectations

  • 10 establishment visits per working day.
  • 8–12 qualified leads per week.
  • 3–5 technical meetings arranged per week.
  • Daily visit and call reporting.
