Job Description

  • Manage attendance, leave, recruitment, and payroll activities.
  • Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Manage PF, ESIC, PT & other statutory compliances.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with plant employees and management.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and compliances.
  • Good command of MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working at a plant location.
