Job Description
Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct inductions for new hires, collect documents, and manage exit interviews and full and final settlements.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and assist in resolving workplace grievances.
Compliance & Records: Keep employee records accurate and up to date in the HRIS/HRMS database, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
Performance & Training: Assist with performance appraisal processes and coordinate training or employee engagement events.
Payroll Support: Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
