Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for an eye hospital, ensuring smooth HR processes and effective employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of doctors, nursing staff, optometrists, and support staff.
  • Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support employee relations, training, and overall workforce management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance.
