About the role
Adsreach Global Pvt Ltd, a digital marketing agency, is hiring 2 Business Development Executives in Pune to generate and qualify leads for our BDM.
Responsibilities
- Research prospects and run outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and book meetings or demos for the BDM
- Follow up on inquiries and keep CRM records updated
- Meet daily and weekly activity and lead targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years in sales, tele-sales or lead generation
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi
- Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven work
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email outreach
Good to have
- Experience selling services (digital marketing)
- CRM experience
