About the RoleSmart Educator is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team. You'll connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right online degree and certification programs.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students through calls.
- Understand students' requirements and provide course counseling.
- Explain course features, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and update CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollments.
- EligibilityAny Graduate.
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Sales, Telecalling, BPO, Counseling, or EdTech is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
