Retail Sales Executive (Premium Watches)
📌 Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executives / Sales Associates for our Premium Multi-Brand Watches Showrooms located in Kharadi & Dhanori, Pune. If you have a passion for retail sales and excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on our team.
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Welcome showroom walk-in customers and assist them in selecting the right premium watch.
* Explain watch features, brand highlights, warranties, and ongoing offers effectively.
* Drive sales to achieve individual and showroom Monthly Targets (up to ₹20 Lakhs).
* Address customer queries professionally and close sales efficiently.
* Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure proper handling of showroom inventory.
* Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: 0 to 3 years in Retail Sales or Luxury Retail (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
* Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) / Any Graduate.
* Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional personality and strong presentation skills.
* Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales goals.
* Customer-centric approach and polite demeanor.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
* Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
