Job Description – Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–15 sales professionals.
• Drive the team towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
• Track daily sales activities, productivity, and performance reports.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer or team-related issues effectively.
• Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Sales Team Lead or in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10–15 employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
