Job Description

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Set individual and team targets and monitor daily performance.
  • Manage and follow up on leads through CRM/calling systems.
  • Train team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
  • Track conversion ratios, revenue, and team performance.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for smooth lead conversion.
  • Take responsibility for achieving individual and team revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
  • Good knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and handling targets.
