Job Description – Real Estate Sales Manager (Pune- Wakad & Kharadi Location)

Role Summary

  • Lead sales operations for residential and commercial property projects.
  • Drive revenue growth through team management, client acquisition, and deal closures.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Pune’s real estate market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets, manage launches, and inventory movement.
  • Client Handling: Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with corporate clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze Pune real estate trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain CRM pipelines, prepare MIS reports, and forecast revenue.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Pune’s real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target-driven, customer-focused approach.
