Job Description

  • Identify and source new residential, commercial, plotted, villa, and other real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and project owners.
  • Generate new developer/project leads through networking, market research, references, meetings, and industry contacts.
  • Conduct developer meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
  • Evaluate projects based on location, developer reputation, pricing, inventory, demand, competition, project status, RERA details, and sales potential.
  • Negotiate channel partner agreements, brokerage/commission, incentives, pricing, payment terms, and payout terms with developers.
  • Coordinate project onboarding and collect all required project documents, price lists, inventory, payment plans, brochures, floor plans, and RERA/project details.
  • Maintain updated project, inventory, pricing, and developer information.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Accounts, Legal/Compliance, and Management teams.
  • Conduct regular market research and identify new launches, emerging locations, competitor projects, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure timely communication of new projects, price changes, offers, and inventory updates to the sales team.
  • Maintain developer database, sourcing pipeline, meeting tracker, project onboarding tracker, inventory tracker, and MIS reports.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for developer meetings, new projects sourced, projects onboarded, and revenue contribution.
  • Handle developer follow-ups and resolve coordination issues professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for preferred/exclusive developer partnerships.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, developer, project, pricing, and commercial information.
  • Do not make unauthorized financial, legal, pricing, or commercial commitments on behalf of the company.

  • Candidate should be willing to travel for developer meetings and project/site visits.
