Job Description
- Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, content marketing, email and lead-generation campaigns.
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, leads and conversions.
- Manage social media strategy, content calendar and brand positioning.
- Track and analyze CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, traffic and campaign performance.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, agencies and vendors.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Stay updated with AI tools, digital trends, algorithms and new marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization and sales funnels.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
