Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented Team Members to join our store team. The role involves serving customers, preparing frozen yogurt and other menu products, maintaining hygiene standards, handling billing, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
• Explain products, flavours, toppings, and ongoing offers.
• Ensure quick, polite, and efficient customer service.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints when required.

1. Food Preparation and Quality
2. 
   

• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, toppings, sundaes, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and consistency.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.

1. Store Hygiene and Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, machines, kitchen, tables, and customer areas.
• Follow personal hygiene, handwashing, and food safety practices.
• Clean and maintain equipment as per company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

1. Billing and Store Operations
2. 
   

• Operate the POS billing system and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Check stock levels and inform the manager about shortages.
• Follow inventory, wastage control, and product storage procedures.

1. Teamwork and Discipline

• Work collaboratively with other team members.
• Follow shift schedules, attendance rules, and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Support promotional activities and help achieve store targets.
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 10th or 12th pass; graduates are welcome.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or food service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic numeracy and willingness to learn billing systems.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
