Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment, attendance, grooming, and discipline at all assigned sites.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors, field officers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client communication, operational issues, and timely resolution of complaints.
- Monitor manpower shortages and ensure timely recruitment and deployment.
- Maintain daily operational reports, attendance records, checklists, and other documentation.
- Ensure proper utilisation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and consumables.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and accounts teams regarding operational requirements.
