Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through cold calling, emails, WhatsApp, and online portalsCustomer Interaction: Contact potential customers, explain product features, benefits, and offersSales & Conversion: Achieve daily/weekly targets for activations, sales, and collectionsCRM Management: Update all customer interactions in CRM - Salesforce, Zoho, or company portalFollow-ups: Maintain follow-up records and ensure lead closure within TATProduct Knowledge: Stay updated on Airtel products - Broadband, DTH, Mobile, Enterprise solutionsTarget Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, connects, and conversions
