Business Development Specialist

 Experienced: You have 2+ years of B2B outbound calling experience, specifically

targeting North American, European, or Middle Eastern markets.

 Tech-Minded: You possess a solid understanding of the technology or IoT industry,

which is strongly preferred.

 A Strong Communicator: You can confidently conduct outbound campaigns and

communicate with Managers, Directors, VPs, C-level executives, and other senior

decision-makers while introducing technology solutions.

 Analytical: You are skilled in conducting detailed company and prospect research

using LinkedIn, databases, and sales intelligence tools to identify genuine business

needs.

 Process-Driven: You understand how to manage campaigns across the entire

funnel, including MǪL, HǪL, SǪL, qualification frameworks.

 Target-Oriented: You are comfortable working against defined KPIs such as

qualified opportunities, appointments booked, conversion rates, call quality, and

campaign performance. Organized: You can maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules, activity

reports, and opportunity notes.

 Flexible: You are comfortable working in shifts or business hours aligned with

international markets.

 Ǫualified: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
