Job Description

  • B2B Relationship Management: Build network connections with architects, builders, civil contractors, and facility managers.
  • Site Evaluation: Visit construction sites to study layouts, review architectural blueprints, and assess lift shafts.
  • Technical Proposals: Prepare and present customized technical quotes based on capacity, speed, and design needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Close high-value equipment sales and secure long-term service and maintenance contracts (AMCs).
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with installation and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, product updates, and local real estate construction trends.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read building blueprints and understand basic electrical/mechanical specifications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for frequent site visits and client meetings.
