Travel Experience Executive

About KokalachiKokalachi is a new-age travel brand built around a simple idea:

The problem isn't that people don't want to travel. The problem is finding the right people to travel with.

We create small-group journeys where people travel with like-minded strangers, experience destinations together and hopefully leave with new friends and great stories.

We're looking for a smart, energetic and people-oriented person to join our early team.

What will you do?You will be one of the first people our travellers interact with.

Your work will include:

• Speaking with customers who enquire about Kokalachi trips.
• Understanding what kind of travel experience they are looking for.
• Explaining Kokalachi and our upcoming journeys.
• Helping customers choose the right trip.
• Following up with interested customers on phone and WhatsApp.
• Converting genuine enquiries into bookings.
• Answering customer questions about trips, pricing, stays, transport and activities.
• Collecting traveller information and documents after booking.
• Maintaining customer details and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Helping the team coordinate with travellers before their journey.
• Supporting basic trip operations when required.

Who are we looking for?You don't need to be an experienced travel professional.

We are happy to train the right person.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is smart, confident and quick to learn.
• Enjoys talking to people.
• Has good spoken English and Hindi.
• Can communicate naturally over phone and WhatsApp.
• Is curious about travel and people.
• Can listen and understand what a customer actually wants.
• Is comfortable with sales and follow-ups.
• Takes ownership of their work.
• Is organised and comfortable using basic technology.
• Has a positive, energetic personality.

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Travel or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
