Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
  • Explain products/services and generate interest.
  • Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain call records, customer information, and daily sales reports.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and closures.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
