Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Nissan passenger vehicle dealership in Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in automobile sales, passenger vehicle dealerships, or car showroom sales and be confident in handling customers throughout the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend showroom and walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Explain Nissan passenger vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, finance and exchange options.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Handle negotiations and assist customers through booking and vehicle delivery.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years experience preferred in automobile/passenger vehicle sales.
• Experience in a car dealership/showroom is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of passenger vehicles and the automotive sales process.
• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Presentable, confident and customer-focused.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Compensation:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on relevant experience, skills and interview performance.
