Position: Customer Support Executive Location: Gurgaon Department: Customer Service Experience: 1–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally. • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, applications, and processes. • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers. • Record customer interactions and maintain updated records in CRM systems. • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required. • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution. • Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. • Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.  

Qualification • Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
