Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls on the data provided by the company.
• Verify customer address and basic details over the phone.
• Identify whether the address is correct, incorrect, incomplete, or updated.
• Update verification status in Google Sheets/CRM.
• Follow up on unverified/incomplete cases.
• Maintain accurate verification records.
Daily Target:📞 100–150 outbound calls
✅ 150+ connected calls
📋 120+ successful verifications
🎯 95%+ data accuracy
Important: This is a NON-SALES calling role. The candidate will only be responsible for customer/address verification.
