Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Explain products/services, offers, and company policies.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi and English speaking ability preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Previous telecalling, sales, or customer-service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
