Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain company services and generate leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, Banking, Loan Sales, Insurance or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
