Job Description

We are hiring for team leade and sales executive profile for personal loan and overdraft process.


  • 2+ yrs in loan sales + 1 yr as TL required
  • Fixed salary + uncapped incentives.
  • Manage and motivate a team of 5-6 sales executives to achieve monthly targets for PL and OD.
  • Drive daily productivity: monitor calls, leads, login files, and conversion ratios
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Graduate in any stream. 
  • Strong knowledge of loan products and banking/DSA processes
