Sales Manager
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle escalations.
- Track sales reports, targets, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a team-handling role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and good at team management.
- Ability to handle sales pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with telesales/telecalling experience will be preferred.
