Senior Business Development Manager – HRMS Sales
Job Role: Senior Business Development Manager
Industry: HRMS / SaaS / Software Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified sales meetings.
- Meet clients personally and understand their HRMS requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present the HRMS solution effectively.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and demo to negotiation and closure.
- Convert prospects into paying customers and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships and generate recurring business/revenue.
- Take ownership of revenue generation and business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / HRMS / Software Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and sales closure.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience and a strong client network will be preferred.
Salary: As per candidate’s current/last drawn salary and relevant experience. + High Incentive
