About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Creative Head to lead our creative team and drive the overall creative vision of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent creative thinking, and hands-on experience in managing design and content projects.

Key Responsibilities·      Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team to deliver high-quality work.

·      Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with the company’s brand and business objectives.

·      Oversee creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, marketing materials, advertisements, videos, and branding initiatives.

·      Ensure consistency in brand identity, design quality, and communication across all platforms.

·      Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Sales, and Management teams to understand business requirements and deliver creative solutions.

·      Plan and manage multiple creative projects while ensuring timely delivery.

·      Review and approve creative outputs before final publication.

·      Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing trends, and creative tools.

·      Identify opportunities to improve the company’s visual presence and engagement.

Requirements·      4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience as a Creative Team Lead, Creative Manager, or Creative Head.

·      Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and visual storytelling skills.

·      Experience in managing and mentoring a creative team.

·      Strong understanding of branding, social media creatives, digital marketing, and visual communication.

·      Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

·      Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Strong creative thinking with a business-oriented approach.
