Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and coordinate posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, leads, and brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Design, and Content teams for creative requirements.
• Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyze insights and optimize content based on performance.
• Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the performance marketing team.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all platforms.
• Stay updated with new social media features, algorithms, and content trends.
