About the RoleNitai Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead social media growth, short-form video creation, and search engine optimization. In this role, you will plan and execute digital strategies for our internal brand as well as a diverse portfolio of client projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Reel Creation

• Manage, maintain, and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X).
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-engagement Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video content.
• Stay on top of trending audio, viral formats, and industry topics to boost organic reach and audience engagement.
• Maintain a structured weekly and monthly content calendar for in-house and client accounts.
• Actively engage with communities: respond to comments, direct messages, and initiate discussions to build brand loyalty.

2. Search Engine Optimization (On-Page & Off-Page)

• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content mapping for websites.
• Execute On-Page SEO: optimize meta titles, descriptions, heading tags, internal linking, image alt texts, and URL structures.
• Execute Off-Page SEO: build quality backlinks through guest posting, directory submissions, outreach, and business listings.
• Perform regular technical site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and site speed bottlenecks.
• Track and report website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO audit tools.

3. Client Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with graphic designers, web developers, and copywriters to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Track key performance indicators (Reach, Engagement, Keyword Rankings, Website Traffic, Leads).

Prepare monthly progress reports and actionable growth insights for internal stakeholders and external clients.
