Sales Executive

*Job Title: Sales Executive (US Outbound)*

 *Role Objective*

The primary objective is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new business within the United States. You will be responsible for navigating the US landscape—from the East Coast to the West Coast—to find, pitch, and close high-revenue deals while maintaining a high volume of activity to hit aggressive monthly targets.

*Compensation & Shift Details*

 *Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month (Fixed).

 *Incentives:* Performance-based slab from *₹5,000 to ₹15,000*.

 *Shift Timing:* 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (Night Shift).

 *Working Days:* 6 days a week (One day off).

*Key Responsibilities*

 *Proactive Prospecting:* Generate a high volume of quality leads through cold calling and references.

 *US Market Navigation:* Adapt outreach strategies to align with US time zones (EST to PST) during the night shift.

 *Consultative Selling:* Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points and present tailored solutions that demonstrate a clear ROI.

 *Pipeline Management:* Manage a full-cycle sales funnel, ensuring no lead "goes cold" through rigorous follow-up and CRM hygiene.

 Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on US market trends and competitor movements to handle objections effectively.
