# **COLLECTION / RECOVERY EXECUTIVE – TELE-CALLING**

📍 **Location:** 402, 4th Floor, IRIS Tech Park, Badshahpur Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana – 122018

💰 **Salary:** **₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month**

⏰ **Shift:** **Day Shift | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM**

### **JOB SUMMARY**

We are hiring **Collection / Recovery Executives** to handle **outbound calls**, follow up with customers for overdue payments, negotiate payment commitments, and achieve collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.

### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Make **outbound calls** to customers regarding **overdue payments and outstanding dues**.

* Regularly **follow up with customers** and obtain payment commitments.

* Handle customer queries related to **payments, outstanding amounts, and dues**.

* Negotiate with customers and encourage **timely payment**.

* Maintain accurate **call records, customer details, remarks, and follow-up information** in the CRM/system.

* Achieve **daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets**.

* Follow all **company collection policies, processes, and compliance guidelines**.

* Maintain a **professional and positive approach** while communicating with customers.

### **REQUIRED SKILLS**

* Good **communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills**.

* Basic knowledge of **computer, CRM, and data entry**.

* Ability to handle **outbound calling and customer conversations**.

* **Target-oriented** and comfortable working with collection targets.

* Good **negotiation and convincing skills**.

* Candidates with experience in **Collections, Recovery, Tele-calling, Debt Recovery, or Outbound Sales** can apply.

### **ELIGIBILITY**

* **6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience** preferred.

* Experience in **Collection / Recovery / Outbound Sales / Tele-calling** will be considered.

* Candidates who are **comfortable with targets and regular customer follow-ups** are preferred.
