IT Support Engineer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible IT Support Executive who can manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain computer systems and networks, and handle basic server administration.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of networking, computer hardware, operating systems, server management, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
• Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic firewall settings.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
• Manage and maintain servers, including basic configuration, monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor server performance, storage, network connectivity, and system availability.
• Perform regular data backup and restore activities.
• Maintain IT asset records, including computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install and update antivirus, security software, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot email, internet, shared folder, printer, and other office IT-related issues.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, network configuration, assets, and technical issues.
• Ensure IT systems are secure and follow company IT policies.
• Provide technical support to branch offices whenever required.
• Handle any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by management.
