Job Description
We are looking for a polite, responsible, and well-communicating individual to handle customer follow-ups, basic accounting, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with new and existing customers for payments and new orders.
Check customer ledgers and coordinate for outstanding payments.
Maintain and report the day-to-day inflow and outflow of funds.
Handle customer queries and provide support to both new and existing customers visiting the shop.
Manage communication and support through online customer groups.
Assist with basic accounting and day-to-day office tasks.
Requirements:
Commerce background preferred.
Basic knowledge of Tally Prime.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Polite, respectful, and professional attitude.
Good follow-up skills and ability to maintain customer relationships.
Basic understanding of accounting and financial transactions.
WORKING HOURS 11:00 AM TO 8:00 PM
