Job Description
✔️ Generate Business through DSAs, Channel Partners, CAs, Property Consultants, Builders, and Direct Clients.
✔️ Conduct regular visits to DSAs, Clients, CA Firms, Market Associations, Industrial Areas, and Business Establishments.
✔️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and referral partners.
✔️ Identify and onboard new DSAs, Agents, and Referral Associates.
✔️ Source Business Loan, MSME Loan, CC Limit, LAP, Home Loan, Project Finance, and other loan proposals.
✔️ Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and bank policies to clients.
✔️ Collect customer documents and ensure complete file submission.
✔️ Coordinate with Telecallers, Credit Team, and Operations Team for smooth processing.
✔️ Follow up with customers for pending documents and requirements.
✔️ Maintain daily visit reports, DSA meeting reports, and business pipeline MIS.
✔️ Achieve monthly business sourcing and revenue targets.
✔️ Attend training sessions and implement company sales strategies.
✔️ Maintain professional relationships with Bank Managers and Branch Officials.
✔️ Represent Loan Experts India in the market and promote company services.
