Job Description
Job Description – Chat Support ExecutiveWe are hiring Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide timely and effective support through chat and other communication channels.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage multiple customer chats simultaneously.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Follow company processes and customer handling guidelines.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce Customer Support.
- Prior Chat Support experience is preferred.
- Freshers may apply based on communication assessment.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong typing and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
