Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café products while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, cold beverages, and other café items.
* Operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely.
* Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages.
* Take customer orders and handle billing/POS transactions.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and work area.
* Manage beverage ingredients, stock, and daily inventory.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
* Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant café experience.
* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
* Ensure proper opening and closing of the café counter.
Required Skills
* Good knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
* Basic knowledge of espresso machines and café equipment.
* Good communication and customer-service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
* Positive attitude and good personal hygiene.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
Education
Minimum 12th Pass; hospitality/F&B certification is an advantage.
Salary
Salary 16k to 25k per month, depending on experience and expertise
