Job Description

Hiring: Senior Barista – Delilah’s Cafe, Delhi


We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our team at Delilah’s Cafe.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee preparation, machine handling, latte art, and maintaining consistent drink quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality hot & cold coffee beverages
  • Maintain coffee consistency, presentation and speed of service
  • Handle and maintain espresso machines & grinders
  • Manage bar setup, cleanliness and inventory
  • Train and guide junior baristas
  • Ensure excellent customer service

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Barista, preferably in a premium café.

Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for coffee will be preferred.
