Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads and enquiries received through all platforms.
- Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences.
- Suggest suitable international holiday packages and destinations.
- Prepare and share customized quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth execution after the booking is confirmed.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and update lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries related to packages, hotels, flights, sightseeing, transfers and other travel services.
Requirements:
- Experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages / Tour & Travel Industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of international destinations such as Japan, Europe, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in selling international holiday packages will be preferred.
