Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance and loan products, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain loan and insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information and call status in the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in BPO, telecalling, loan, insurance, or sales (Freshers can also apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Positive attitude, convincing skills, and willingness to achieve targets.
