Job Description

🧾 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at Riddhi Lubricants. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, promoting our range of automobile and industrial lubricants, and generating sales.


Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

  • Explain company products (engine oils, lubricants, etc.) clearly
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain customer database and follow up regularly
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions


Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)

  • Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Basic understanding of sales/telesales preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
