Job Description
Hotels & Holidays Sales Executive ( 10 position in Head Office in New Delhi)
Job Role:
Handle hotel and holiday package enquiries, assist customers in selecting suitable travel options, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and online leads.
- Sell domestic & international hotel bookings and holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and customized holiday itineraries as per customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers and internal teams for confirmations.
- Upsell hotels, packages, transfers, activities and other travel services.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and bookings.
- Ensure good customer service before and after booking.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Experience: 1–3 years in Travel/Hotel/OTA sales preferred.
Skills: Good communication, sales & negotiation skills, customer handling and basic knowledge of hotels/holiday destinations.
